Overruns In order to achieve the quantity desired, overruns are a necessary part of printing. We try to hold overruns to a minimum. Overruns up to 5% will be charged to customers. 0620 No Overruns..................$20.00
Less Than Minimum Options (LTM) The lowest quantity listed in the price grid is the minimum order quantity. The absolute minimum quantity is one half of the lowest listed quantity. 4546 Less than minimum charge..... $25.00
Ad Copy Accurate and complete ad copy is critical to customer satisfaction. Copy that is unclear or illegible will delay booking of the order. To avoid mistakes, follow these procedures: 1. Print or type all copy. Order forms with copy and/or instructions that are illegible or confusing cannot be processed until all questions are resolved. (If space on the order form is not sufficient, attach a separate sheet.) 2. Clearly identify the content and exact position of all logos/art. 3. Copy instructions relating to style/arrangement of type must be clearly printed. In multiple color imprints, identify the color desired for each line of copy. 4. Proofread each order more than once for spelling, punctuation, legibility, correct address and phone/fax numbers. (Whenever possible, include the buyer's business card or printed stationery.) 5. Customers are now required to verify that all copy is correct by initialing each order in the lower right corner. 6. We are not responsible for area code or zip code changes after order is printed.
Typestyles We generally set in block type unless script, italics, or other styles are requested. If there is a specialized type wanted, please submit sample and we will come as close as possible.
Copy Limits We have no definite copy limits, but highly suggest 4 to 6 line ads. Be careful of ad becoming so cluttered that focus is lost.
Logos National logos in Augustine Blue Book, Customer Losos already produced on our calendar within last two years or logo submitted with camera-ready art....N/C
Artwork Charges We reserve the right to determine what is camera-ready artwork. Faxes, photocopies, business cards, newsprint or art requiring resizing are not camera-ready. If artwork is needed, 1/2 hr. art time will be charged. If artwork requires more than 1/2 hr., you will be notified prior to proceeding. 1500 Artwork (1/2 hr.).......... $35.00
Photos can be put in ad from digital art (at least 300dpi). From Digital Art - N/C Scan Charge (Option 1443) To make digital art from glossy photo - $30.00 (Color charges apply as specified on each calendar when doing full-color photos).
Inserting Customer Material. We can insert a customer letter or brochure in with the calendar. Suggestions include a holiday greeting, brochure on new products, or special message on events for the new year. Customer is to provide material for insertion or we will be happy to provide a quote. 2573 Insert Customer Material... $.06 (each piece) per calendar.

Mailing Service: Minimum 200 ( to qualify for Bulk Rate Postage). Customer provided mailing list: $.50ea. + postage and envelopes. Customer provided digital spreadsheet: $.40ea. + postage and envelopes. HotLine calendar estimated postage: bulk rate $.60ea.; first class $1.55ea.
Production Time & Storage Orders with complete copy are manufactured immediately. Once complete, no change may be made. Normal production time from receipt of order or approved proof or name list is 10 working days. In fall, longer production schedules may be in effect. Orders received early in year are stored for fall shipment unless otherwise specified. Shipments begin July 31, 2012 unless otherwise specified. Orders are shipped on the 2nd and the 4th Fridays of the month starting August 1st. Indicate ship date preference on purchase order. Orders received after November 15th will be shipped when completed. Due to heavy shipping volume, we reserve the right to release orders up to 5 business days prior to requested ship date.
1619 Remove order from storage early.......... $37.50 Orders received by 9:00 a.m. will start production that day. Orders received after 9:00 a.m. production will start the following day. Orders received after 9:00 a.m. will start production the following day.
Stock Availability: While every effort is made to ensure adequate stock for all orders, stock availability cannot be guaranteed after November 1st. It is recommended that a second choice be included on orders after November 1st. K&G Unlimited, LLC/Brown & Bigleow also reserves the option to upgrade an order from stitched calendars to the spiral calendar option at no additional charge and without notification.
Shipping & Billing Shipping to more than one location. There is a preparation charge for each location after the first. 0951 Drop Shipment.......... $8.50 per location Third Pary Billing.......... $10.00 per shipment
Returns: >Adjustments/Credits: Claims must be issued within 90 days after the order is received. >Damaged Goods: Claims must be registered within 14 days after order is received. >No returns without written authorization.
Claused/Incomplete Orders To be processed, all orders sent by fax or mail must arrive in the Calendar Order Department with complete ad copy. Orders specifying "Copy to follow" cannot be processed until all copy is received. The only acceptable incomplete orders must include one of the following clauses:
Change of Copy Clause - (May 1st) - "Changes in copy must be received by May 1st or we are authorized to complete the order with copy specified herein. Extensions beyond May 1st will be subject to the calendar prices in effect at the time the changes are received."
Religious Clause - "Church copy must be received by September 1st, or we cannot be held responsible for late delivery."
Personalization Clause - (September 1st) - "Names received on or before September 1st will guarantee shipment of this order prior to November 15th. Names received after September 1st may result in the order being scheduled for shipment after November 15th depending on production schedules."
Will-Mail Clause - "Names and addresses must be furnished 45 days prior to mailing dates or we cannot be held responsible for late mailing."
Personalization Deluxe personalization is available on calendars as specified. This personalization may be done in various typestyles. If no type is specified it will be set in the following style:

All personalization lists must be received by September 1 to guarantee holiday delivery. Orders that have some calendars personalized and others with a standing ad are subject to a change of ad charge. Personalization is printed in black. Salutation Lines Personalized calendar orders must clearly specify the salutation line wanted. Salutation line and personalization name cannot appear on the same line. Samples of stock salutation lines available in sizes to fit all paper calendars which may be personalized are below.

Personalization Blocks If the client would like to do their own personalization on the calendars with a ballpoint or marking pen, we offer two styles of personalization blocks which can be used as part of an ad at no charge.

Standard Colors Ink colors listed below with Pantone Matching System (PMS) Number may be used with wash-up charge if color is other than the normal color sample.
